How do I access the app after paying?

Both Hiraeth and Cynefin are web-based apps that work on any device — phone, tablet or computer. No download needed. Simply open the link in your browser and you're in.Is my information secure?
Yes. Both apps are completely PID-free — no personally identifying information about the people in your care is stored within the app. Your records are private to you.Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
